Every once in a while, I like to post some recipes that I've recently used and loved. Here are a few recents:

Boneless Skinless Hot Wing Bite (these were a creation of my own, recipe below)

Ingredients
3 chicken breast, or several boneless skinless chicken tenders (organic)
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Chili Powder
Light Organic Ranch Dressing
Organic Blue Cheese Crumbles
Palmful Chicken Grill seasoning
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
Chop up the chicken into bite site pieces and sprinkle with grill seasoning. Drizzle olive oil in pan or skillet over medium to high heat and cook until done. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter, hot sauce and chili powder. Simmer until warm on medium/low heat. Dump in cooked chicken bites and stir until the chicken is completely coated. Dump into platter or serving bowl to serve. Mix blue cheese crumbles with ranch dressing to create dipping sauce. You do not have to use organic ingredients, but I've been doing that lately.

I've never been a hot wings fan. Not sure I've even tried them (too messy and I'm Type A). But these sound awesome. Not to mention much neater. :)
