Grocery List and Menu

Here's this week's Grocery List and Menu. With a little planning and prep work, it's possible to have good, healthy meals during the week...yes, even if you're a working mom, although you may need a little help from the hubs. Everything looks really good and I'm really hoping the slow cooker meal turns out well. It's so great to come to home to a good smelling kitchen and a meal that's already ready! There may even be days when I just through in the towel and have cereal and I need to fess up to that! Well, in the meantime, enjoy!

Wow, those receipes all sound great. I'm so impressed with your planning and organization. I can barely get dinner together for myself (I eat cereal a lot!) and there you are, a working mom, cooking up great healthy meals! You've inspired me!
