Essential Oils

I have been experimenting with essential oils for a couple of years now.  You may remember this post.  Most of my concoctions have been dedicated to coming up with DIY home cleaners.  Perhaps it was moving to Colorado where the natural living community is so strong, or maybe it was a frustration with having to deal with migraines and allergies (probably a combination of both) but this year I have been going beyond just using oils to create chemical free cleaners.  I have started using them to help strengthen our immune systems, to ease common cold symptoms, to aid in stress management, and to improve sleep.  I've also found that the quality of the oil matters, so gradually I've made the switch to a certain brand of essential oils.  There are a couple of great oil companies out there, but I found myself in the Golden Drop Society, an online community which is a great resource for inspiration and information on Young Living Essential Oils.

• My recommended option is the Wholesale Member option {click here} for the following reasons:
