ngredients:
* 2 and 3/4 cups Almond Flour
* 1/2 cup Oat Flour
* 1/4 cup Splenda
* 1/2 cup light brown sugar
* 1/2 cup sweet potato puree (could use baby food if you want to "cheat)
* 1 cup white chocolate chips
* 2/3 cup peanut butter
* 1/4 cup brummel and brown yogurt spread
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 egg
Directions:
Combine sugars, Brummel and Brown, Egg, Sweet Potato puree, vanilla, and peanut butter and beat together. Add flours, salt, baking powder and soda, and salt. Add chips. Drop onto baking sheets and cook on 350 for about 13 to 14 minutes.
Note: you can use all Oat Flour for a more budget friendly treat. Almond flour is pretty pricey :(
