A Shabby Chic Shower for Kinsey and Baby Gray

I love showers.  It's a good thing too because ever since I graduated college it seems like there's been one at LEAST once a month.  First there were showers for the first round of my friends who got married right of of college.  About the time that group started having kiddos, the next round of friends started getting married.  And so the cycle continues as do the showers.  My dear friend Kinsey has been a friend of mine since high school and and even dearer friend throughout college.  She has been here for me and all of our other friends throughout our life events, so we wanted to make sure her shower for Grayden Betts McCutchen was extra special.  My friend Meredith (who by the way has missed her calling as a party planner) was the mastermind behind most of the decor.   I know what I like when I see it, but I need help from friends like her (and Pinterest) to bring something like this to life.  Here are a few shots.  Enjoy.

 Cool door sign Meredith made
Banner with  different fabrics for "Gray"
 Framed pregnancy announcement
Cinnamon rolls on a stick!  I took a big tin vase, stuffed it with styrofoam and then skewered the rolls.  I used leftover fabrics to jazz it up.
 Mason jars with fresh flowers.
Watering can with Baby's Breath
Meredith put together these centerpieces.  They are real tree stumps on top of the coordinating fabrics.

 Make your own Fruit Pizza!
McKenleigh made these cute chalboard food labels and brough the petit fours.  It's not a southern shower without petit fours!
We took some twine and hung the invitation and some pictures.
 The spread.
McKenleigh made this adorable wreath. Not quite sure how she did it.
Another shot of the spread.  We had yummy brunch food.
Baby Gray sign that Meredith made.  Painted and distressed a picture frame.  Then, she used chalkboard paint to finish it off.
 Family and Friends.
